  • Are you thinking of launching your brand? Lisa’s top advice to be driven by a strong purpose. Your product should also meet a specific, unmet consumer need. Find a partner to support you all along, it’s tough to do it all alone.
  • Lisa explores how you can build your channels and your profiles to create relationships with brands and learn from them.

Doing Outreach Right

  • At Maesa, the Influencer Manager is a different person from the Social Media Manager. So make sure you’re getting your message into the right hands.
  • Don’t rely on people passing it on and directly reach out to the right person.
  • Maesa only works with creators who previously organically mentioned the brand.
  • Don’t just copy and paste your stats, tell the brand about yourself too. What product you'd like to try and why you are interested in the brand?
  • When doing outreach, cover all your bases: IG DM, email to the right person, interact with their posts.
  • As long as the content feels credible and inspiring, it stands out.
